With the 2025 Wisconsin season wrapped up, it's time to join your coaching colleagues with your reflections and ideas as we plan for the next school year at the WFCA Spring Meeting. There will be officer elections, formulation of the tentative 2025-26 calendar, and decisions on various proposals.
The spring meeting will be on Saturday, May 3 at Neenah High School, 500 Rocket Way. A virtual online option is also available for the afternoon business meeting.
Hotel option: DoubleTree Downtown Neenah
Directions to Neenah High School:
From US41: Exit at the Winchester exit heading westbound. The high school is approximately 2 miles away from the highway on the left hand side.
From US10: Exit at the highway 76 exit heading south, and turn left on to Winchester. The high school is approximately 1 mile away from highway 76 on the right hand side.
Arrival: When you enter the driveway for the school, there will be two large parking lots on the right side. Park in either lot, and enter the building through the doors surrounded by the large red overhang.

The agenda document has links to all of the reports and documents, plus there will be links to the online voting as each item needing a vote comes up. Each school gets one vote, so if there are multiple coaches attending from your school there should be one designated voting delegate.

2025-26 Calendar:
Schools planning to host a tournament in 2026 should complete this form by April 26:
The draft version of the calendar, to be posted later, will be discussed at the spring meeting and confirmed with a vote at the fall meeting.

Affiliate Membership Clarification
This is a second vote on this amendment to the Constitutional Bylaws. It requires a 2/3 vote at two consecutive meetings.
Student Advisory Committee Proposal
This proposal contains amendments to the Operating Bylaws which were approved at the 2024 Fall Meeting. It also contains amendments to the Consitutional Bylaws which requires a 2/3 vote at two consecutive meetings.
