The Wisconsin Forensics Coaches' Association (WFCA) announces the champions of the 2023 WFCA State Tournaments. The tournament was held at Oshkosh North and West High Schools on April 1. The day prior, some students competed in the State Student Congress at the Winnebago County Courthouse. The tournaments mark the capstone of high school competitive speech activities for Wisconsin students.

Coach Paul Miller from Appleton East High School was awarded the William Hintz Memorial Award for Coaching Excellence.

Six senior students received $1000 scholarships from the WFCA:
